USER
The mere use of the Site attributes the condition of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all and each of the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published by EUROSAF—that can amend it freely—at the time the User accesses the Site. Consequently, Users must carefully read this Legal Notice every time they intend to use the Site.
USER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Both the access to the Site and the use of its information and content—both understood in a very broad sense—are the sole responsibility of the User and are subject to applicable national and international laws, to morality, public order, moral conventions, rights of third parties and of EUROSAF itself, as well as to the principles of good faith and fair use, according to the possibilities and purposes for which the information and content are designed and made available.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
EUROSAF assumes no liability, either direct or indirect, for any damages, including consequential damages or lost profits, arising from the access to or use of the information or content—both understood in a very broad sense—in the Site.
The information and content—both understood in a very broad sense—included or available on the Site may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors that are periodically and tentatively corrected. Although EUROSAF gets the information and content from sources it deems reliable, it does not guarantee they are accurate or up to date and reserves the right to introduce, at any time, improvements or changes in the information and content. Before taking actions or making decisions based on the information or content included or available on the Site, EUROSAF recommends checking available information and comparing it with other sources.
EUROSAF accepts no liability for interruptions or malfunction of services or content offered on the Internet, whatever the cause. Similarly, EUROSAF shall not be held responsible for network outages, loss of business resulting from these drops, temporary power cuts, or any other type of indirect damage that may be caused by reasons beyond EUROSAF. EUROSAF does not represent or warrant that the services or content will not be interrupted or that they are error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the server that make them available are free of viruses or other damaging elements, notwithstanding the fact that EUROSAF applies its best efforts to prevent such incidents.

EUROSAF accepts no responsibility for third-party sites that may be accessed via links (links, hyperlinks, banners, framing or other) or for any content provided by third parties. Any use of a link and any access to a third party site are done voluntarily by and at the exclusive risk of the User.
EUROSAF does not recommend or guarantee any information obtained through a link and accepts no liability for loss, claim, or damage arising from the use or misuse of a link or of any information obtained through it—including other links or websites—, the interruption in service or access, or the fraudulent attempt to use or not use a link, both when connecting to the Site and when accessing information from other sites from the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The information and content—both understood in a very broad sense—included or available on the Site constitute a work in the sense of intellectual property law and are therefore protected by applicable laws and international conventions. Unless otherwise explicitly indicated, any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, display, transmission, retransmission, broadcasting in any form, storage by hardware or software means, scanning, digitizing, transforming, processing, translation, adaptation, arrangement, making available in any form, or, in general, any act of public exploitation regarding either the structure and the organization of the Site or its information and content, made directly or indirectly, with or without profit, is prohibited without the prior consent in writing from EUROSAF. In particular the inclusion (“framing”) of the content of the Site in any other site without the prior consent in writing from EUROSAF is prohibited. Failure to comply with this clause implies the commission of serious offences and their prosecution according to civil and criminal law.
All content displayed on the Site and, in particular, pictures, photographs, videos, text, designs, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, industrial designs, and any other signs of industrial or commercial use may be subject to intellectual and industrial property rights from EUROSAF or third parties who shall take all necessary actions to safeguard them.
EUROSAF is free to limit access to the Site and to the services and content presented therein.
EUROSAF may establish, if it sees fit, subject to the sole responsibility of the User, the necessary filters to prevent the use of the Site to diffuse contents or opinions that may be considered racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, pornographic, or defamatory, that in any way foster violence, or that, in general, may be considered offensive, immoral, illicit, or illegal.
Users who send EUROSAF information, photographs, videos, suggestions, observations, opinions, or comments (hereinafter, “Input”), except they express the contrary in an explicit and unmistakable way, authorize EUROSAF to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, retransmit, broadcast in any form, store by hardware and software means, scan, digitize, transform, process, translate, adapt, arrange, make available in any form, and, in general, to perform any act of public exploitation of the Input for all the time of copyright protection that applicable law may provide for. This authorization is made gratuitously and, by the mere fact of sending EUROSAF Input, the User renounces any pretension, remunerative or otherwise. The User authorizes EUROSAF to modify and alter the Input to suit the needs of the editorial format of the Site pages; its modification or alteration shall no be considered to impair any of the moral faculties of copyright that the User may hold over it.
PRIVACY POLICY
EUROSAF informs the User that it complies with current data protection regulations. According to them, EUROSAF only collects data strictly necessary to provide its services. All personal data provided by email or electronic forms will be treated in accordance with current data protection regulations and in any case shall be considered confidential.
Answers to questions asked in data collection forms are voluntary, but refusal to provide them may imply the impossibility to access the services that need them.
The relevant organizations or people have provided all personal information present in the Site with clear awareness that it would become publicly available through the Site.
Simply by providing data, the User accepts its inclusion and treatment in a file owned by EUROSAF. When the data is personal in character, the file is duly registered with the relevant authority. Users may exercise the rights recognized by law and, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, opposition, or cancellation of their data by means of a written and signed request accompanied by a photocopy of the passport or identity document in force of the relevant person, sent to DATA PROTECTION – EUROSAF, Seegelände 10, A-7100 Neusiedl am See, Austria.
Similarly, if Users do not wish to receive information by email or by any other means, they may inform EUROSAF of their wish by any means allowing receipt record sent to the address indicated in the preceding paragraph or to contact AT eurosaf DOT org.
NON SEXIST LANGUAGE
EUROSAF strongly promotes equality without discrimination of any kind. In all the content of the Site it shall be understood that general references to people expressed with words implying masculine or feminine gender refer equally to persons of both sexes.
