It is also intended to help event organizers and class associations with the provision of Race Officials, to work at (international) events and in doing so to improve standards and consistency of these officials, for the benefit of sailors.

Event organizers and Race Officials can apply to the exchange programme through their Member MNA who act as gate keeper to the programme.
