Event Details

In accordance with Article 15 of the Constitution, notice is hereby given that the 15th Ordinary General Assembly of the European Sailing Federation will take place in Limassol, Cyprus, over the weekend of 28th & 29th April, 2012. This meeting will incorporate elections for the position of President and two VicePresidents.

In accordance with the same Article, notice is hereby given that the 10th Special General Assembly will be held at the same time and place, to consider proposed changes to the Constitution and other business appropriate to a Special General Assembly.

Details of the business of both meetings will be published, as required by the constitution, not less than 30 days prior to the meeting.

A delegate and observer registration form, plus Information concerning accommodation, is attached to this notice. The delegate & observer registration form should be returned to the Secretary General at john.friend@eurosaf.org and the hotel booking form to Elena Papazoglou, at the Cyprus Sailing Federation, cyacyp@cytanet.com.cy.

Any Member National Authority, in good standing with EUROSAF, may, not less than 60 days in advance of the meeting, propose matters for discussion at the General Assembly. Such proposals and submissions should be sent, in writing, to the Secretary General, at the address below, to arrive no later than Tuesday 28th February 2012.
