Slovenian skipper Uroš Kraševac claims his second European title of the season after a grueling 134-nautical-mile solo circumnavigation around Funen in Denmark’s iconic Silverrudder regatta.

The EUROSAF BENETEAU First 27 SE & Seascape27 European Single-Handed Championship 2026 has officially concluded, bringing high-stakes solo offshore racing to a thrilling finish in Svendborg. Raced within Denmark’s famous Silverrudder – Challenge of the Sea, skippers faced an intense test of seamanship, strategy, and sheer endurance as they navigated the 134-nautical-mile course around the island of Funen.

Slovenian offshore specialist Uroš Kraševac delivered a flawless performance to conquer the Baltic waters and secure Gold. The victory marks a monumental personal achievement for Kraševac: it is his second EUROSAF European Championship title of 2026, following his Gold medal triumph alongside Lisa Berger at the EUROSAF BENETEAU First 18 SE European Championship at Lake Attersee in Austria earlier this season.

Danish skipper Per Cederberg put on an impressive display to take Silver on home waters, while Kåre Gibsholm-Madsen rounded out the elite podium in Bronze position following a relentless multi-hour duel through the Great Belt. Raced on identical modern 27-foot pocket-racers, the EUROSAF Championship highlighted the unique nature of one-design solo sailing.
