The waters of Lake Garda are set to host the prestigious Lombardia EUROSAF ETF26 Foil European Championship 2026, bringing the world’s elite foiling teams to Italy.

The international foiling community is shifting its eyes to Campione del Garda for the highly anticipated Lombardia EUROSAF ETF26 Foil European Championship 2026. Taking place from June 10th to 13th, this event brings ultra-fast, high-tech catamaran racing to one of Europe’s most iconic sailing venues, famous for its reliable thermal winds.

Competition in the ETF26 class is tighter than ever this season. The fleet arrives in Italy straight from an intense season opener at the GP Mar Menor in Spain, where the Blueshift Sailing Team secured a victory, defeating Team Pro by a razor-thin margin of just one point. Having proven their tactical composure under immense pressure, Blueshift enters this championship with massive momentum.

However, the battle for the European title remains wide open. While Blueshift is the current form team, the reigning overall series champions, Entreprises du Morbihan, and the defending EUROSAF champions, K-Challenge Blue, are considered the top favorites to lift the trophy.
