EUROSAF Formula Kite Spain Series 2022

First-time cooperation between EUROSAF and Formula Kite Spain Series.

The European Sailing Federation EUROSAF and Formula Kite Spain Series have recently agreed on their cooperation. The EUROSAF Formula Kite Spain Series 2022 will be an annual competition comprising a total of five selected events from May to September 2022 at various venues in Spain. The winners will be honoured at the last event on 18 September in Tarifa.

Formula Kite Spain Series have grown steadily over the past years. The cooperation with EUROSAF is seen as another step into the future. It is expected that the series will be extended to other countries.

“EUROSAF is thrilled to team with Formula Kite Spain Series to provide sailors with a series of events that gives them the opportunity to compete with sailors from different European nations and win EUROSAF medals. And also to provide event organizers with the possibility to expand their reach and attract sailors from farther afield. We wish the Spain Series will be a success and will expand next year to become a European Series.”, says Josep M. Pla, president of EUROSAF.
